Just so you don't waste your time and mine, here are a few things to consider when you apply:

(1) I want to see an example of your FREE SITES, not your sponsor, tgp, etc.

(2) If you apply with a free email address (yahoo, msn, etc) you're deleted.

(3) No sites on free hosting are allowed

(4) English speaking sites only

(5) I don't like sites with shitty content

(6) If you've already applied then you're BANNED

(7) Your email address must fit in the box, an email will be sent there with further instructions. If it can't get there then you don't get an account - simple really.

We have a load more rules for submitting your sites just like everyone else, if you continually submit sites that break our rules then your domains will be blacklisted and your submitter account will be removed.
